Villa is excellent. You will have eveything you may need. Cozy, new, clean. On top there is a pull. The host quickly responded to our needs and questions. Near by there are 2 beaches you can go, even w/o a car. Villa has beach umbrellas you can use at the beach. Wi-fi included.
Have in mind that deposit will be requested online, not cash, like stated in booking.
We didnt know that the area around the villa has no internet connection and telephone. We were suppose to call the host upon arrival, but we couldnt. We need to move back around 1 km.in order telephones start working. But this is FYI, to call 15 min.prior going to villa.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti in questa struttura in 3: io, la mia compagna e suo figlio di 21 anni.
La villa è molto curata, arredata con gusto, spaziosa sia dentro che fuori e molto pulita. La posizione è tranquilla, ma a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di San Teodoro.
La piscina privata è comodissima per rinfrescarsi in tutta privacy.
Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile per tutte le domande che abbiamo fatto.
Insomma, un soggiorno direi perfetto.
Assolutamente niente.

Abbiamo adorato la location, la pulizie e i servizi offerti dalla struttura. E' andato tutto alla grande e sicuramente terremo come punto di riferimento questa villa per i nostri fururi viaggi in Sardegna.
Complimenti all'host che ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

The villa provided us with lots of space and comfort in a great quiet location. Owners were quick to respond to any queries we had.
The second bedroom did not have a wardrobe or any hanging space.
The wardrobes and drawers in the main bedroom contained clothes (unsure if these were the owners but would have expected that they would be kept in locked facilities) and the bathroom contained personal toiletries and medications (again would have expected these to be locked away from guests).
We would have appreciated a kettle being available to make tea.
