Enjoy unbeatable ocean views from every room! 204 B Port O Call is in the Port-O-Call Community, which features a large swimming pool right next to the beach! Beach access is easy with several walkways and the wonderful flat beach is perfect for long walks, beach bikes, or simply relaxing by the water. This well-designed condominium features many upgrades inside including updated flooring, granite countertops, flat screen televisions, an updated bathroom with vanity sink and tiled shower. The living room is spacious and comfortable with gorgeous oceanfront views, and you can access the screened in porch from either the living room or the master bedroom. In addition to the king bed in the primary bedroom, there is a small daybed in the foyer, perfect for a child. Located on the north-east end of the Isle of Palms, 204 B Port O Call is a short walk from many of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer, including two golf courses, a day-spa, playground and six restaurants (seasonal). The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-minute drive from Port O Call. There is so much to do at the Marina! You can rent a paddle board or go on a kayak adventure. Schedule an Eco tour of the tidal marsh and uninhabited islands north of the Isle of Palms, hop on a fishing charter, rent a boat or pop in the well-stocked marina store or restaurant. Make sure to check out the beautiful and Historic city of Charleston which is only a 35-minute drive away! Additional Amenities Include: • High speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Washer and dryer. • Parking for two cars. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Port O Call pool is unheated and open year-round from 8:00 AM to dusk. There is a community grill available in the pool area. - Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. *Parking Details:* - There are two parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
