Location was great and the apartment was quiet at night even though we were in the middle of the old town. It has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable. It was lovely that there was no perfume or fragrances!
The towels smelled of mildew so they just need to be washed with vinegar. Thinner ones would be good as I'm sure they need to be cleaned quickly.

Good, many options around.
The main entrance door need to be fixed, and a little something inside too, like battery of the TV, handle the frames, battery for wall clocks too. Those is nothing but will be give a better comfort to stay there to the people.
