We offer a 110m2 flat, spacious and modern, located in the heart of the city, just in the middle of the famous Estafeta street, close to Plaza del Castillo and other main sights of the city.
3 bedrooms + 2 complete bathrooms + wonderful living room.
With elevator adapted for disabled people.
Completeley reformed and equiped.
Parking available (not included in the price).
Located in an area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with many shops and supermarkets nearby.
It has been recently renovated with a very modern, functional and elegant style.
The flat has access and lift for handicaped people.
The apartment is fully soundproofed , allowing to have a quiet and no noise stay.
We always welcome guests personally to ensure they arrive well, understand all facilities and may have their burning questions answered.

Modern comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking old town Estafeta St, pedestrian only lined with restaurants and taverns. Walking distance to historical buildings and churches. The running of the Bulls takes place every July 7 right under your balconies. The perfect place for nightlife year-round. The host was very accommodating, prearranged garage parking for us before our arrival.

The property is located in a popular nightlife area. Even though the street is very noisy, the three bedrooms are in the rear and are quiet. The two bathrooms are larger than expected. The living room and dining area are quite comfortable. The dining room table can easily seat six, with room for eight.
Unfortunately, the owner had multiple appointments the day we arrived and was quite slow to answer our calls and allow us to enter the apartment.
