The apartment matches the description. There were no surprises and the location worked very well. Contact with the rental agency worked fine.
We were only a couple. The second bedroom is not very big and had no air conditioning. Might work for a child but not two adults. We were not bothered by this but if we had been four or six adults it would be cramped.

The apartment was mostly lovely and comfortable, quite spacious. We loved the patio and the balcony over the street. The beds were comfortable. Aside from the shower issue, the apartment was clean.
The shower needs a major overhaul! It has mildew and is, therefore, not comfortable to use. The kitchen did not have any of the usual amenities, like coffee for the first day, at least. There's no kitchen towel, no condiments of any kind and the sponge was yucky, making us doubt the sanitation of the dishes and utensils.
