About this apartment rental
Very central apartment and all exterior, completely renovated (April 2015) ideal for 4 or 6 people ... adults and 1 baby and another child ..... 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 double beds (1.50) and two other beds (90), lof for kitchen-dining room and another room of iron or rested. 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a patio. All amenities, (wifi / tv / washing machine / dishwasher / microwave / fridge / dryer etc.) One step away from the best shopping area and 5 minutes from downtown, next to bus and train station, one step away from the famous laurel street .. The building does not have garages, but the previous number rents places at reasonable prices

The condo was in a great location, very clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with, especially since we do not speak any Spanish. The parking garage was definately a plus at a reasonable price. price.

There are three bedrooms and two baths (neither ensuite), one with twin beds. (There is also a pull-out bed in the living room.) The bathrooms were extremely nice with great showers. Even though the apartment is on a main street, it is very quiet, and there are blackout shades. Parking is available through the owners for about 15 euros/day. The check-in process was very easy, and the owners were available through WhatsApp during our stay (although we had no problems and didn't need to get in touch with them). About a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and restaurants.
Overall, very highly recommended if you are in Logroño.

A lovely first floor apartment located within a 10 minute walk of the old town with all its restaurants and tapas bars, though the local neighbourhood also offers some of these options, including a supermarket. The owners (Mar, Javier and their son Alfonso) did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. Car parking was arranged at local secure underground car park, as was storage for our two electric bikes. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, washing machine and dishwasher (no standard oven) and there is space aplenty in the lounge-diner. As an added bonus the apartment was cleaned once a week by Tina, which was especially useful as we stayed a month. Highly recommended to one and all whether on a holiday or business trip.

La casa es una delicia, con todo lujo de detalles y un gusto exquisito en la decoración. Además de esto, la ubicación es excelente, 10 minutos andando al casco antiguo, paseo que puedes aprovechar para hacer compras y disfrutar de la parte más moderna de Logroño.
Mar y Javier, los anfitriones perfectos, en todo momento pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y con accesibilidad 100% por si necesitábamos cualquier tipo de información.
Mar, como te dije, volveremos. ¡Gracias por hacernos esta estancia inolvidable!
