This is not a complaint, but rather a small suggestion for improvement. The room would benefit from having a working table and chair, which would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who may need to work. With this addition, the place would truly be a top-notch choice for staying in Jaffna.

The staff tried hard to understand the English and presented an invitation to participate in a festival onsite, a valuable experience.

First night there was noise and the room wasn’t what I had booked. With help I was able to explain why I needed a different room. There was one towel only for 3 nights. plumbing issue which made whole bathroom wet, took day and night to be corrected and the two small rugs that were to be used so I would not slip soaked and not replaced for a day.
