Superb location close to Jason’s (bakery), El Burro (Mexican) and Bootleggers (coffee). A 5 minute drive and you’re on the promenade, at the Waterfront or on Sea Point Main Rd. There is a stunning view from the balcony and the linen is top drawer.

Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Stylisch eingerichtete und große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und separaten Bäder. Schöner Blick auf Waterfront und Meer. Parkplatz im Innenhof über Tor vorhanden. Sehr gute Kommunikation via WhatsApp mit dem Gastgeber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants/Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
-Holzboden knirscht -ein Schlafzimmer ist zur stark befahrenen Straße ausgerichtet (etwas laut, auch nachts) -Eingangstüre mit Glaselemente, wodurch Licht vom Treppenhaus in die Wohnung gelangt, was abends etwas störend sein kann. -Äußerliches Erscheinungsbild des Gebäudes passt nicht zu der stilvollen und tollen Wohnung überein.

Property seemed nice on the photos and the location but it was hard to find. The apartment blocks are called Sicilia and not 28 High level road. It was very noisy because the other apartments are going through renovations. The cleaner was still in the accommodation when we arrived doing the laundry. If it wasn’t for the things that I’ve mentioned it would’ve been great.
