I loved everything about the apartment

The location was excellent even though there was builders right outside the door...nobody fault, but uncomfortable.

There needs some serious maintenace at the property. The Toilet ring is to small, very uncomfortable, and the same toilet is loose at the base of the floor. Blinds are missing or hanging by a thread. The front door cannot be closed unless being locked with key. The outside gate was completely missing, just replaced by cardboard. The slinding doors could only open on the one side, and the sliders was not working at all. Had to lift and open. Could be dangerous, as it could fall on guests as you struggle to open it.
