I love the location , the modern and holiday look and it has everything one would need in a self catering apartment.

The master bedroom was hard and uncomfortable.

The location was great. Within walking distance to the Platz Am Meer mall, ocean front, and 10 minutes to downtown. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and felt safe at night. There were 3 large rooms with comfy beds (1 king, 4 twins) and 2.5 bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family of 4. The property had the local 3 prong type m and d plug outlets, as well as the 2 prong type c. The refrigerator was large and the kitchen was prepped with coffee, coffee machine, sugar, tea bags, UHT milk. Enough utensils, knives, cups, plates, pots and pans for everyone. The washing machine in the kitchen is very convenient for light travelers like us. I took my own detergent, so it was fine, but I couldn't find any there. There was an iron, but no ironing board. 🫤 Having a garage to park the car was super nice.

At first glance, it was beautiful inside, with nice nautical interior design. However, upon closer inspection, it looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. The window blinds were dirty and non-functional. Part of the bathroom window frosting had peeled off. The floors were so dirty that our socks became black after walking around just a few minutes, so we ended up wearing our shoes inside. The freezer was iced over and not clean. The refrigerator made loud noises all day. All surfaces felt sticky/dusty. The cups and utensils were not properly cleaned (tea stains), so I had to wash everything before use. The bathroom towels smelled a bit funny, and I found ants crawling over some of them. Fortunately, the beds were clean and comfortable. No hair dryer. The landing on the top of the stairs felt very squeaky and felt like it was going to come down. My daughter is about 110 lbs, and she also felt like it might collapse! I didn't feel comfortable standing there for too long. Haha.
