This apartment is located in a quiet residential street but very close to cafes and restaurants and a supermarket and many of Amsterdam's attractions. It was spotlessly clean and had most of the facilities that travellers would need including a washer/dryer for clothes.
It was a bit of a hike from the train station if you were coming to Amsterdam by train but using Uber was an easy fix. The steamer provided was ok but an iron and ironing board would have been easier to use and more effective. The fact that the apartment was in the basement was a surprise but a close examination of the photos should have prepared us for this.

Had a little trouble with the light switches but worked them out after awhile.
