Yan was a great host, perfect location . Lots of restaurants near by, helpful with recommendations. Our only issue were the steep and winding stairs.
Just the winding-narrow stairs. Yan was helpful with, he did carry the luggage for us.

Close proximity to tourist hubs. Ease of public transport facilities. Good communication with owner. Value for money in this area. Assistance and advice when required.
Nothing can change those stairs, they add charm, but for less active people this could have been problematic.

Yan is a very welcoming host who respects your privacy. The room has everything you might need, including a sink, kettle, and dishes. The toilet is shared, but it's located close to your room door.
The building is located on the banks of a canal and it is so picturesque. All the city's main points are close as well.
The stairs are a bit steep but it is OK.
