Simply third Apartment

L’appartamento è carino. Arredato in maniera semplice ma dignitosa. Isolato discretamente bene a livello acustico (c’è un grattacielo in costruzione proprio di fronte). La fermata del tram è sotto casa. C’è la macchinetta del caffè.

La pulizia non era approfondita. Abbiamo trovato polvere sotto il letto e qualche pelo/capello nella doccia. Inoltre il contesto del palazzo non è proprio il top! Il cantiere del grattacielo in costruzione proprio di fronte è un bel disagio sia per il rumore sia per le gru che arrivano all’altezza dei lucernari del bagno e della stanza. Suggerisco di provvedere a mettere una tenda in quello del bagno. Non tutti gli ospiti sono contenti di mostrare le proprie “grazie” ogni volta che ci si lava!

Almost everything was perfect.

Some cutlery was put back in the cupboard with oil on. The pillows were dirty.

Very clean, well located, as right in front of the property there is a tram stop from where it took us about 16 minutes to get to the city center. On the opposite corner there is a bakery where we used to get breakfast.

I didn’t like that there was no TV (but I already knew this from the description). I also didn’t like the fact that the walls were quite thin and sometimes you could hear the neighbors (I think we were lucky to have some quiet neighbors).

Le studio est plutôt joli, clair et bien aménagé. Les propriétaire ont réagi assez rapidement quand nous leur avons signalé que l'ascenseur était hors service à notre arrivée et que le store au-dessus du lit était cassé, nous avons été réveillé par le soleil à 5:30 le premier matin.

1/L'emplacement est très excentré : 40 mn à pied, ce qui n'est pas énorme en soi, mais l'environnement traversé n'a aucun intérêt, voire n'est pas agréable. Il faut nécessairement prendre le tram, soit 3€ à chaque fois. 2/L'immeuble fait face à un énorme chantier de travaux publics. 3/L'appartement se trouve sous les toits. Il y faisait très chaud à notre arrivée. La climatisation était éteinte et tous les stores ouverts. 4/Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes : bcp de circulation même la nuit. 5/Le lit est petit pour deux personnes surtout quand il fait chaud.
