Spacious Apartment in Center with Terrace

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The location is excellent, and both check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. Our favorite feature was the huge terrace. It stays in the shade, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast or an evening drink, even on hot days. We would also like to especially thank the host for his kindness and hospitality. He was always available, responded quickly to all our requests, and went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would happily stay here again!

The apartment is really spacious, clean and it has all the facilities you could ask for. It is a great value for money. The tram station is just in front of the building connecting the other city transports. Host Alex was really helpful and responsive. We would really love to stay in this apartment again whenever visiting Vienna.

I rented this place as it is around the corner from my company's offices. Keys handover and instructions plus host responsiveness were easy and excellent. Place was spacious and water pressure in the shower was great. Wifi no problem and tv projector worked flawlessly. Written and printed instructions in the flat were welcome and punctual. You can control heating with thermostat on the wall.

This flat really needs renovation. Equipment is old, walls are really dirty, bed mattress is questionable. Couch super dirty. Sink in the bathroom is extremely small. For this price there could be coffee and tea in the kitchen instead of old pasta and flour. Cleaning (floor, sheets) was average if I am generous. First day I set up the temperature to 22 degrees, somehow next day it was back to 10 degrees? And towels were paper thin and small. And old, ancient even. Stairway and hall in the building - suspicious.
