River Retreat we very impressive when first entered. It is well equipped and there were numerous thoughtful touches and inclusions. Toiletries were quality. There were nice views towards the river. Outdoor furniture and BBQ provided. Lounge room was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our 3 day stay.
The vacant block next door was occupied by a tent that looked like it had been there for some time, and had at least one visit from the police. The outside of the property was lass impressive than the inside, and the path from the carport was uneven. Despite high quality furnishings throughout, the beds did not meet that high standard.

It was clean and tidy, with plenty of room. The large shower.
It needs tidying of the block and garden, before summer. One bedroom had no working blind. It would also be nice to have blinds on the 2 sliding doors for privacy at night.
