Bay Waters on the waters edge and has 3 large bedrooms and a large lounge room overlooking Pelicans Lagoon, Full kitchen available, and ample laundry. Plenty of room for parking cars and boats. Fenced large back yard for the children and your family pets, Covered outdoor entertainment area, with BBQ
Or sitting on the front deck watching the world go by.
Minimum night stay 4 nights during holiday periods and 3 night off season.

Centrally located to explore wonderful Kangaroo Island, It can be described as Living among nature at its best, Seals, Penguins, Dolfins, Wallabies, Kangaroos bird species too numerous to list

We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday house. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with plenty of space for us and our dog. It was great to find a place that genuinely welcomed pets without compromising on comfort. Everything we needed was provided, and we’d happily stay again.
