Only negative is the toilet seal appears to need replacing

BBQ area was appalling, BBQ was disgustingly dirty and where the table was placed was like a pig sty. No one wants to sit amongst the previous owners crap left all over benches. So if people are renting out house clean up all the crap ie. old lounge and cupboards across the front of house, and corner near the bbq. Dead vine down drive way. Happy to take money but not to clean up entrance to house as these are the 1st impressions of your rental. Bathroom needs more lighting, exhaust fan and fly screen so you can let the fresh air in. Hall way door needs to be fixed you cannot close it while heater is on!!

This is a fantastic house for a group to share, very spacious and airy, including large outdoor play area (tennis court) Obviously a well loved family home, with a few touches being added as improvements are made. Location great for getting around the Island.

A few points for improved enjoyment - not to be published but just to be passed on to the hosts, thank you. After we had contacted the host manager, access to the property was easy. The code had not been communicated to us. Apart from a light over the sink in the kitchen, there was no other light in the lounge or dining area - globe needs replacing. A frying pan would be a useful addition to the otherwise well supplied kitchen. Garage area could do with a clean up.

We supplied our own breakfast. The location was great.

Inside the house was excellent. Outside could use a little tidy up
