Great communication with owner. The heaters should be turned on a while before arrival.

The communication with owner was great, we had some problem with entrance and he fixed it quickly. He is so kind and replies to messages very quickly.

It was so cold in rooms when we arrived, the heaters were off and we had to turn it on manually, so it took a while for the rooms to warm up. The heater in one bedroom was locked and it was freezing inside.

Bel appartement, propre , malheureusement on a pas pu profiter de ce bel appartement nous avons juste dormi une seule nuit mais nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Mulhouse..

Shampoing et gel douche inexistant, on a du prendre une douche sans c'était dommage .. et pour le Pk on à pas trouvé de place devant on était garé plus loin.. sinon top :-)

Wir hatten schöne Tage, da auch in der Umgebung viel Schönes zu sehen gibt.

Die Lage war gut und schön eingerichtet

Sehr kleinlich mit dem ein und aus checken. Den Code für den Schlüssel haben wir erst bekommen nachdem wir eine Kaution hinterlegt haben per Kreditkarte. Dann, was nicht in Booking beschrieben ist, dass kein Aufzug da ist. Wir, 75 und 78 Jahre alt, mussten die Koffer in den 3. Stock schleppen. 52 Stufen! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und groß. Aber als wir endlich das „Bad“ gefunden haben, waren wir geschockt. Durch die Küche geht man in ein maximal 2 qm großes Bad, über das man auf den 1qm großen Balkon kommt. Im Bad ist ein Bewegungsmelder, der alle 2 Minuten ausgeht. Also man muss sich auf der Toilette bewegen und mit den Armen rumhampeln. Unmöglich! Man hat keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher ordentlich aufzuhängen. Was sehr gefährlich für ältere Menschen ist, dass kein Griff vorhanden ist um aus der Dusche zu steigen. Sturzgefahr ist groß. Ganz erquickend war es mit dem Essen an der Toilette vorbei auf den Balkon zu gehen. WLAN muss man sich auch erst über Internet raussuchen. Bisschen kleinlich alles. Keine Beschreibung, auch nicht vom Herd. Von wegen Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Meist war die Straße so voll, dass man weiter weg auf Parkplatzsuche fahren musste.

Le quartier un peu triste. Manque de restaurant ou magasin dans la zone si pas de véhicule. Isolation phonique insuffisante avec appartements voisins.

Le balcon est situé après la salle d'eau et des toilettes...pas trop accessible La situation du logement... la cage d'escalier pas super accueillante Les places de parking Le descriptif booking ne précise pas qu'il faut laisser une caution (ce qui est normal quand les voyageurs ne respectent pas les lieux), à prendre en compte dans le budget.

Дуже малий і незручний санвузол, туалет зразу поряд з душем і з виходом на малесенький балкончик. Тобто можна просто сидіти на туалеті і дивитися, як перед твоїм носом хтось на балконі курить. Взагалі бачу вперше таку будову. Двері в туалет не закривались. Які відкривались зразу на кухню. Також, район в якому легко можуть вкрасти велосипеди які причеплені на вашій машині.

Nos alojamos aquí como punto de partida para visitar Alsacia y fue muy buena elección. Un apartamento amplio, cocina bien equipada, fácil aparcar en el barrio y zona tranquila. El espacio en el apartamento está muy bien aprovechado. Los vecinos muy amables, nos ayudaron a subir el equipaje.

Echamos en falta tener más cerca más variedad de supermercados y tiendas.

Il proprietario è un ladro!

Abbiamo prenotato tramite booking e,come sempre,abbiamo specificato che viaggiavamo con animali.Ci è stato chiesto un sovrapprezzo di 245 euro che,a detta del proprietario,ci sarebbe stato restituito entro 7-10 giorni. I nostri gatti hanno dormito con noi e non sono mai usciti dalla camera da letto (durante il giorno erano con noi!).A tutt'oggi non abbiamo avuto i nostri soldi,in quanto il proprietario affermare che i gatti hanno sporcato tutto l'appartamento (che abbiamo lasciato più pulito di quando siamo arrivati!).

Séjour très agréable, nous recommandons cet appartement.

L'appartement était très bien situé, proche du centre ville mais dans un quartier très calme. Notre hôte a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions. L'appartement est refait à neuf, très propre et avec une décoration intérieure simple et agréable.

Nous ne savions pas au moment de la réservation que l'appartement était au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Aucun problème pour nous, mais peut-être pour d'autres. Nous comprenons que l'aménagement d'un appartement aux normes actuelles dans un immeuble ancien n'est pas évident. En particulier, la disposition pour le moins originale de l'ensemble cuisine/salle de bains/balcon ne permet pas vraiment d'utiliser le balcon. Un rideau d'intimité entre la salle de bains et la cuisine serait bienvenu.

- Pas de machine à laver (prévu sur annonce) - L’horaires d’accès et départ (trop tard et trop tôt) - salle de bain non chauffée - le montant de ́à caution et trop élevé (en tout cas, on a été restitué vite, c’est bon) - le quartier est pas sympa, mais ça va aller
