The property is for 4 people, it has a double bed and 2 single beds.The kitchen, the living room and all 3 beds are in the same area and there is no wall or other seperation. The room was not clean. Upon arrival we saw that the linens had hair and dirty spots and asked from the owner to changle linens. We opened the kitchen drawers and found dirty knifes and forks and food residuals. The property is in the old city and it smells mud. When we arrived the thermo panels were off and it took a few hours to get warmer.

Great location, but COLD apartment

The location is great.

It was uncomfortably cold. The bathrooms aren’t heated at all. They provide 2 small heaters, however, since the bedrooms are very cold too, we had to used them there. The shutters in one bedroom are broken and don’t close at all.

Exellent location, comfortable appartment

The appartment is very wide and comfortable. We got all that we needed. Location is excellent. We manage to park the car in the near parking spot on the streets. There is an option for the garage in addition. A lot of options for the walking within the city. Wi-Fi is good.

We experience some issues with the heater in one of the rooms, but the host resolve it promptly.

pessima esperienza. appena visto lo abbiamo lasciato e chiesto il rimborso

appartamento freddo e poco pulito. Cattivo odore in casa. Lenzuola macchiate. Asciugamani usati ancora presenti e parti dell'appartamento con molta polvere. Lo abbiamo immediatamente lasciato e cercato una diversa sistemazione in hotel. Per trovarla siamo andati a Strasburgo e buttato la nostra prima giornata di vacanza. Al numero di contatto indicato il proprietario era irraggiungibile. Per fortuna ci hanno rimborsato tutto senza fare problemi avanzando la richiesta direttamente tramite la app di Booking

Posizione ideale per visitare la città e l'Alsazia.

La posizione.

Le stoviglie della cucina (forbici rotte , pentole antiaderenti usurate). Eliminare il cibo avanzato dai precedenti soggiorni. La portata d'acqua del rubinetto del lavandino del bagno principale è poca. Fare più attenzione ai dettagli delle pulizie. PER NOI ITALIANI NON AVERE IL BIDET È UN GAP ma lo sapevamo che mancava . Terminare i lavori nelle parti comuni dell'edificio. Aggiustare le finestre di cucina e camera da letto

Zentral aber schwer zu erreichen wenn man ein Auto dabei hat

Wir waren für 2 Tage in Mulhouse unterwegs und fanden das Apartment ziemlich Zentral einfach gut. In wenigen Minuten waren wir in der Stadt. Alles im Apartment war sauber. Danke für den Sekt zum Empfang

Beim ankommen hatten wir das Problem das wir mit Navi bis ans Haus kamen aber dann eine Stunde im Kreis, teilweise durch die Fußgängerzone fahren mussten um einen Ausweg aus dem Gewirr der Baustellen zu finden denn es waren beide Straßen die uns wieder zurück geführt hätten blockiert und gesperrt. Im Hausflur der zur Wohnung führt war es sehr schmutzig und überall standen Rattenfallen. Das ist natürlich kein Problem wenn die Eingangstüre zum Apartment bis auf den Boden geht was aber unsere nicht tat. Leider war in keinem der Schlafzimmer irgendeine Möglichkeit Kleider abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Es fehlen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Kleiderhaken an der Tür oder Wand, das selbe leider auch im Bad. Ich möchte eigentlich nicht alle meine Kleider oder Handtücher auf den Boden legen . Was uns noch sehr gestört hat war das Flurlicht das mit Bewegungsmeldern ausgestattet war und somit Tag und Nacht im Sekunden Takt aufgeleuchtet hat was natürlich sehr störend ist wenn ein Teil noch schläft. Ein kleiner Tip aber kein muss, evtl doch mal drüber nachdenken bei 3 verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen eine Tagesration für eine davon anzubieten und auf den Sekt zu verzichten . Speziell am Wochenende wenn alles geschlossen ist hätte uns das sehr geholfen
