Incredible location from which to enjoy Mulhouse and its surroundings!

The location is perfect - central in Mulhouse and an easy walk to the train station. The Christmas market is located just outside the front door, as are several cute streets full of shopping and cafes. The apartment was spacious, with a large kitchen and living room, and well sized rooms. The hosts were super quick to respond and helped us to have a nice stay!

Best one so far

You can't get any better when it comes to the location in Mulhouse. You literally see the city cathedral from your window like 50m away. Our apartment was the big one on the second floor, really big, comfortable and cozy. With two bathrooms (not toilet, bathrooms with showers) fully equipped kitchen (from wine opener to all possible type of pan, bowls, knives...), big living/dining room and big double bed bedroom. In general the apartment is well equipped with smart tv, fast wi fi, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, induction plate... You have a lot of space for literally more than two people, and it is very clean and well organized. The hosts are extremely kind, reachable and responsive, initially we were supposed to be in a studio, but this apartment was cancelled last minute, our hosts Suzanne and Vincent reahced out via message and asked if we want a free upgrade to bigger accomodation, with the same conditions . That is something that you don't see everyday, and at the end of our stay, we asked if it is a problem to leave 2 hours later (10am is checkout, we needed to leave to airport in 12) and it was no issue at all! One of the best accomodations in total that I encounter on Booking, and if I come back to Alsace/Mulhouse I will book it again for sure! My sincere recommandations for this!

Heating system didn't work properly (central one, with radiators so we had to leave AC on constantly on at least 23C degree, sometimes even higher. Building is older so it is not so well isolated. In the night if someone from other apartment walks to bathroom you will here it as it is happening in your apartment, same goes for outside. Luckily people realize (in our case) that every noise is quite loud (especially hard steps on wooden parquet floor) so everyone will tend to be as quiet as possible.

It has the best position ever, right in the city center. Very spacious, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was super nice and helpful.

The apartment was a great size. We were pleasantly surprised The welcome though digital was lovely too and they went out of their way to provide information and ensure we were accommodated Such good value for money

The baby cot didn't have a matress so we couldn't use it. Instead we were able to use the spare bedroom and bedshare with our little one. Not ideal but we made it work

Horrible customer service, did not make any reasonable attempts to help me, asked me to move my stay or stay at another

Changed my dates with a day notice, Charles my account for a stay I did not stay in, did not offer a refund. I was to move my stay with little notice which is difficult for a foreigner in a different country. I booked my stay months in advance. I had a scheduled train tickets and museum tickets in Mulhouse for the dates I had scheduled. I was lucky to find a room at a hotel in Mulhouse so I was able to have an enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay at this apartment! The location is very convenient, right in the city centre. The apartment itself is spacious, ideal for family holidays. It was very good value for money and I would definetely recommend it. The communication with the host was excellent and always timely.

Centrally located, clean, excellent stay

The property is centrally located, close to shopping areas, the cathedral, bars, cafes, and restaurants. It is well-furnished and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Everything was spotless, clean, and neatly arranged. The host was exceptionally friendly and responded quickly. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had an excellent stay! Excellent WiFi connection along with smart TV. All the bed rooms and living rooms has air-conditioning.

Comfortable stay in the heart Mulhouse shopping and dining

This hotel is right in the middle of the old village with lots of shops and dining in walking distance. We had access to a washer and dryer. The host was very quick to communicate about any needs we had.

I think the pillows could have been more firm.

We loved everything about the studio and highly recommend!

We stayed three nights in the deluxe studio and honestly, the photos don't do it justice; the design and decor are absolutely beautiful! The bright light provided by the three prominent windows, and the comfortable sofa, made time spent in the apartment quite enjoyable. Both the apartment and the entry/common areas were spotlessly clean--by far the best of all the accommodations we have had in our five weeks of traveling throughout France. The shower is spacious and had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. Situated in an ideal location, the studio has fantastic restaurants, shops, and tram stops all within an easy walk. Additionally, the main train station is only 9 minutes away on foot. Last, but certainly not least, the hosts were kind and accommodating. They provided all the check-in information to us prior to arrival, were quick to respond to any questions, and even allowed us an early check-in. We give the apartment, and the hosts, top marks!

Perfect

This is realy a perfect place to stay, most thanks going to the host and his team. They were so helpfull all the time, they even brought us everything we needed, all time responsive and friendly. Apartments is as on the pictures and it is very nice in general. Would highly reccommend this place when visiting town

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Dadurch, dass es zwei Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Bäder gibt, ist die Unterkunft für mehrere Personen perfekt.

Durch die Übersetzung ins Deutsche kam es zu Missverständnissen - die durch Suzanne aber schnell behoben wurden.

Parfait pour une courte durée.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre-ville. Seul inconvénient, l'accès avec la voiture afin de décharger/charger les bagages/courses. Surprise aussi le dimanche, lors du départ, une course pédestre avait lieu et l'accès encore plus difficile mais aucune cause de la part du loueur.

Grande e in posizione strategica. (Casa n.6)

Casa molto grande, pulita e centralissima, posta in un palazzo con diversi appartamenti, tutti numerati, adibiti a b&b.

Ci sono 3 rampe di scale senza ascensore da fare. È difficile fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno. La camera posta di fianco alla porta d’ingresso è poco curata ed oggettivamente scomoda, rispetto alla posizione dei servizi.

Eine tolle Woche!!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Obwohl mitten in der Fußgängerzone war sie sehr ruhig. Wir konnten drei Tage auf das Auto verzichten. Die Gastgeber waren bei Rückfragen schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen

Très beau studio dans le centre historique de Mulhouse.

L’emplacement idéal, la possibilité d’avoir un parking à proximité pour un prix raisonnable, la propreté et le confort de ce studio cosy, la facilité de joindre le gérant et sa réactivité. Logement à recommander.

À notre arrivée en période de canicule il faisait très chaud dans le logement. Nous avons eu toutefois accès à une clim portable grâce à la réactivité des gérants. Il manque peut être une penderie pour les longs séjours. Le volet d’une fenêtre ne remonte plus.

Für wenige Tage ok

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum und somit gleich bei den Geschäften. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und hatte das nötigste

Leider zog es teilweise in der Wohnung. Solange die Heizungen eingeschaltet waren, merkte man es wenig. Gegen Abend schalteten sie automatisch ab, sodass es dann kühler wurde (ausser im Badezimmer, da liefen sie die ganze Nacht). Mit Kinderwagen muss man den Kompromiss eingehen, ca. 10 Stufen hochzulaufen und die Eingangstür immer umständlich zu öffnen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich einige Gehminuten entfernt. Das passt, jedoch beim Ein-und Ausladen etwas umständlich mit Baby und Kinderwagen..

l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes; ils sont aux petits soins pour satisfaire tous nos besoins. l'emplacement est extra, en plein centre de la vieille ville. juste des difficultés à se stationner, comme dans toutes les villes.
