Brak pilota do szlabanu i bramy garażowej. Za każdym razem wjeżdżając/wyjeżdżając trzeba było prosić kogoś z ochrony o otwieranie szlabanu. Brak podłączonej chociażby tv naziemnej do telewizora.

This modern, clean, and spacious apartment offers a fantastic stay near Tauron Arena. It is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect, with shops nearby and excellent connections to the city center.
We did not receive any code or key for the parking space located in the garage. Instead, we had to speak to a security guard each time we wanted to access it and explain the reason for entry. The security guard also appeared to be unhappy about providing access.

Bardzo blisko Tauron Areny. To był najważniejszy punkt.
To, że właściciel pomimo odpowiednio wysokiej ceny chciał jeszcze dodatkowej opłaty za parking podziemny.
