was OK not the best
shower room was a good plus if you had mobility issues. owners were pleasant and replied to my messages. if you had a small car you could park in lock up garage or at least lock the gate.
location was a bit dodgy didn't feel like car was safe. park down the road full of glass. house has been poorly updated floor not laid properly, some doors can't close properly, no curtains (but blinds) but street light right outside makes house very bright. beds were so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping on sofa. garden is run down full of weeds no where to sit and enjoy the view you're paying for. outlet pipe for kitchen garden runs straight out side to the garden area and lays stagnant so be careful if bringing pets.

Location and layout of the property were good
Furnishings and fixtures scruffy and outdated Vinyl flooring laid badly. Musty smell all round the house , upstairs smelt like weed / cannabis 2 bath towels left for 3 adults No tea towels Drain from sink to outside stays in gutter and smells Wallpaper peeling or bubbling. Only 1 pillow per bed Loads of rubbish still in bins from previous people Generally the house is in poor state. And needs a complete refurb.
