Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Θα έμενα ξανά εκεί σίγουρα αν πήγαινα στην Κύπρο!!!!!Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!!

Good location with a grocery store and bakery nearby. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and matched the photos. The neighborhood was quiet as well.
Google Maps location and road access were unclear (due to inaccurate maps), so locating the correct building and the lockbox (which was inside the mailbox) was a bit confusing. However, this was not a major issue.
I also noticed the floor could have been cleaner, with some stains, hairs and footprints present.

WAS THERE.
THE 1ST ROOM BALCONY DOOR DOES NOT SEAL (AIR CAN GET IN HOT/COLD)
THE 2ND ROOM BALCONY DOOR DOES NOT LOCK
THE FLAT IS ON 3RD FLOOR NOT EASY FOR BRAKE IN BUT FOR THE SAFETY IN GENERAL
NOISE AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL DOORS HAVE TO BE FIXED.

Clean apartment, very comfortable beds, quiet area. If you need to be near Latsia, this is a place to rent.
Only small things really, for example I would like to have had covers on the sofas, water pressure was quite low but it’s not smth that disturbed my stay
