Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, χωρίς θόρυβο. Πολύ καθαρό και αρκετά εξοπλισμένο (λείπει μία τοστιέρα), αν και θα περιμέναμε να έχει λίγο νερό στο ψυγείο κατά τα άφιξη μας.
Βρίσκεται στον 3 όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ και χρειάζεται αντοχή, ιδιαίτερα όταν ανεβάζουμε τις αποσκευές. Η ντουζιέρα πολύ μικρή και πολύ επικίνδυνη να γλιστρήσεις. Το καπάκι της τουαλέτας ή σπασμένο στη βάση του (κουνιόταν πάρα πολύ) και δεν εφάρμοζε (δεν ταίριαζε και ήταν για άλλο μοντέλο).
