A studio type apartment located just ~10 minutes walk away from Aparaaditehas. It is in an old wooden building on the first floor, it's very compact. The apartment is renovated and has beautiful bed linens. It has base equipment for easy meal cooking and short stays. AC is very useful to cool the room. TV is quite decent.
Easy check in and automatic - code door lock.
There's free parking in the building yard.
It was nice to have complementary tea and coffee, but as we were two people and stayed for two nights - it was just left for one person/ one morning.
Generally the apartment was clean, but there was a lot of dust under the bed and the bathroom smelled a bit like vinegar.

Nice area in Tartu - good for walking and not far from the center. Apartment is small, but for one night it is OK. You get, what they promise - it is good place to stay.
If there is already options for coffee, then same capsules for both quests wouldn't hurt :)

Armas koht, puhas, kõik oli olemas.
Duššinurk halvasti lahendatud. Duššikardin vett ei peatanud, ise jäi märjaks ja teisalt jooksis vesi põrandale.
