It was in a great location. When I had an accident the cleaner and her husband were very attentive, taking time to try and help me.
First I must admit my own mistakes. We arrived 2 hours early and the key was there to go in. We’d asked repeatedly for early check in and had AI messages only. That was ultimately our error. I would have appreciated a human response.
Next morning I stumbled in the small entry porch and fell whilst still holding the key in the lock. It broke. I was required to pay €240 euros to replace the lock. I feel that maybe insurance should have covered this, there was no negligence. That ruined my stay. The conversation with the owner I found unpleasant.
