The staff at check in were so nice!! The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The WiFi worked well enough.
The walls were thin and you could hear everything happening in other rooms, from conversations to small coughs, so bring headphones or ear plugs. Also, the AC here was not strong at all - after three weeks in Italy during this heat wave, this was the worst AC of all of them.

Convenience and comfort was very good - except for the size of the shower. See below.
The size of the shower was miniscule. I am a slim/medium size person and was barely able to use the shower comfortably ie there is no space to lift your arms to shampoo your hair or to keep one's head out of the shower spray, nor to bend over to pick up any soap/shampoo bottles from the shower floor. It is not fit for use for most normal size people.

The room was MUCH SMALLER than advertised. I am a skinny person and it was a stretch fitting into the shower.
