Local extremamente limpo, funcionários muito cordiais. A localização é excelente, muito perto do terminal.

A internet no quarto quase não funciona, além de o box do banheiro ser bem pequeno - mas nada que diminua a qualidade ótima da estadia.

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal. Calidad precio en el centro de Roma, recomendable. Al lado de la estación de Termini.

Las instalaciones necesitan alguna reforma pero en general es cómodo

The location was in a good location near the train station.

It wasn’t a good area to be out in at night time. The room was very small. The facilities in the room were poor. There was a tray with a kettle, cup and saucers which didn’t match, some tea bags and sugar but no coffee or milk. The tray was on top of the bedside table, but there was no socket to plug it in there. It had to be moved to the other side of the room, meaning no bedside table anymore. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the seat was broken. There was no handle on the inside of the shower door, so difficult to get out once you had closed it. There was only a sheet as a cover on the bed. It was cold in the room, the air conditioning didn’t heat the room up. We asked for a blanket, but the staff didn’t speak much English, and didn’t understand what we asked for. The breakfast was awful. It’s the same breakfast everyday, no choices, it’s given as a set menu listed in the room - a stale croissant, stale toast, an egg, a slice of meat, some jam, a coffee, juice in a glass filled with ice to water it down.
