The location is good - all the main objects are nearby and easily reacheable by taxi.

Breakfast was very simple, hot food corner was not even close to hot: everything was cold. Not all the dishes were clean as well as tables. Also, there were parties in the premises of the hotel all the nights and there were people aruond the pool which indeed bothered our rest. Also, if you copy and adress it shows different location so sometimes it was confusing for taxi drivers.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, saubere und moderne Zimmer sowie ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch für Aufenthalte in Kairo. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. Mr. Mohamed hat uns geholfen, nachdem wir versehentlich falsche Buchungsdaten angegeben hatten, und sofort eine sehr gute Lösung organisiert. Auch Mr. Emad hat während unseres Aufenthalts dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Das gesamte Team war freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam.

Eigentlich gab es nichts Wichtiges zu beanstanden. Das Hotel war während unserer Aufenthalte oft ausgebucht, was allerdings eher zeigt, wie beliebt die Unterkunft ist.

The location is good and the room is big.

Facilities are quite old. It was really noisy at night, facing the road. The staff was cold and not helpful. The breakfast was terrible, they even don't have a coffee machine!!
