Dream House with private Deck in Puerto Aventuras

L’emplacement était exceptionnel! Superbe vue sur les canaux. La maison était propre et la communication avec la responsable facile et rapide. J’y retournerai assurément.

There is a nice pool and Jacuzzi that my kids enjoyed very much.

The property appears to be very dated. Some of the furniture in the pictures is missing. There was no drinking water available, no laundry detergent, and definitely not enough towels. However, the biggest issue was most of the days we did not have hot water. I did voice my concern and still did not get enough towels and the hot water remained an issue until our very last day where we had cold showers. The kids really were unhappy about that. Overall, the house is not very well kept, there aren’t many amenities. We did not feel like our host cared to maximize our satisfaction during the stay. There was no welcome packet of information, no restaurant or activity guide, absolutely no pool or beach toys for the kids. For what we paid we expected more
