We (9 persons) felt very comfortable with the infrastructure and size of the house. Quiet area and we enjoyed the nice swimming pool very much. Perfect place for family holidays. Excellent service personal too (owner, administrator, house maid and gardener/pool cleaner). All responded very quickly to our requests.

The house have Air conditioning only in the rooms,rest of the house is hot , we can stay together in the living room or dining room because is hot, the house looks a little old, the house needs a up grade, we pay for luxury house and we take something different

The property is gorgeous. As seen on pictures and better (photo don't capture some exquisite details). Large spaces, quiet place. nice pool. Beds really comfy if you like it soft as we do (a quality bed may be soft). We enjoy cooking and everything is there, but a corckscrew). We use to rent a 3bdr condo in PA (Porto Bello condomnio on the marina). Good service. One has been stuck in a bathroom (defective lock) and the manager went on minutes and solved this more-complex-than-it-appears-first trouble. A maid comes everyday to clean even the dish)

the beach on PA is not up to some others, like Tulum or Playa del Carmen but it's still the location we overall prefer
