About this villa rental
A true hidden gem located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum just outside of Akumal. If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious Mexican getaway with family or friends, Casa Comoda is the place for you. The unique layout of this sprawling bungalow offers guests the opportunity to gather together while guests can retreat into their own private space. Lounge by the oversized pool or cool down on the pool sun shelf.

All small appliances available complete with the Oasis Margarita Maker, microwave, conveniently located in the adjacent service room. All indoor and outdoor barware, dishes, cookware, serving dishes, are available.
Dining Room - Large dining table that sits 10 comfortably. Ceiling fans and individually controlled AC
Family Room - TV, Games and Oversized sofa. Ceiling fans and individually controlled AC.
2 Primary Bedrooms - King size bed, walk through closet, large private primary ensuite with his and her vanities. Large walk in shower and separate water closet. Towels, toilet paper and hand soap included. Please bring own toiletries. Private walk out patio with table and chairs, poolside. Blackout drapes. Ceiling fans and individually controlled AC.

Host was great and very easy to communicate with. The house is awesome- they have beach towels, chairs and everything you could need. We had a large group and the layout of the house was perfect for it. I highly recommend using their chef recommendation: Carlos, he was great. I also highly recommend renting a car- things aren’t easily navigated and you can’t get cabs or Ubers to the house.
