The property was spacious, and comfortable. The fact that there was a dryer and washer in the room was a game changer, especially when you are traveling for many days, also the room was equipped with coffee, tea, and washing pods. I really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visiting again. Location was ideal!

O apartamento era novinho, bem decorado e completo. Cama ótima, bons lençóis e toalhas. A cozinha completa ajudou bastante no preparo do café da manhã e pequenas refeições. As máquinas de lavar e secar foram ótimos também!

O apartamento que ficamos tinha o teto inclinado no quarto, acompanhando o telhado. Para entrar num dos lados da cama era apertado. A mesa de jantar era bem pequena para duas pessoas. A pressão do chuveiro era um pouco fraca. Mas nada grave! Indico o apartamento apensar desses pequenos detalhes.

The 2 bedroom suite design was perfect for two couples; the kitchen and laundry; comfortable beds; new linens; ease of access with door codes; location.

At the Chicago property we were booked in a two bedroom, two king bed suite on the 10th floor; perfect layout for the size of the furniture and the number of people staying. We learned during the first of 4 nights that the 10th floor is directly below the 24 hour gym/fitness center of the apartment complex above, and we were awakened at 3:30 am by the impact of dropped heavy weights on the floor above, shaking the whole room, and this continued throughout the night and early morning. It was impossible to sleep. The next morning we spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with Sonder to negotiate a move to a different floor; first we were told the two-bedroom suites were sold out even though the website was still selling them online, and eventually we were approved to move to the 6th floor where it was peaceful and quiet, but to a much smaller space (same sized furniture, so pretty cramped) with two rooms, a king bed and a queen bed. Between the hours working out the move and then doing the move, we lost more thank half a day in Chicago. The kind and responsive representative for Sonder worked very hard to respond to our situation, but he had to get everything done/approved by the Chicago team. We appreciated his perserverance and his patience. Do your homework about the amenities of the property, as there is no information provided in your room; e.g. there is a lovely terrace on the 6th floor that we'd never know about had we not moved to that floor.
