2 story apartment Downstairs: access to pool from private deck. Seperate toilet large TV for streaming Airconditioning Large couch Pieceful Upstairs: Biggest bed in existence!! And very comfy. Best sleep I've had in ages. Large full bathroom with large bath. Shower is over bath but is wonderful and powerful water pressure which has been pre filtered, has no smell, and comes out clean. Air conditioning Amazing room service from in room or by the pool. Menu is scannable via phone or you can ask for a menu at the front if no smartphone. WhatsApp chat available 24 hours a day for room service or special requests or just questions. Very quick responses. Food is amazing and they catered for my MSG intolerance. Water from restaurant is purified and ice is fine to consume. Bottled water is delivered to the room daily. Towels replaced on request and room cleaned daily if desired and they smell fresh. We ordered in a few times and also ate at the restaurant a few times. Service, staff and food was always excellent and exactly like the photos. Very pieceful place to stay. Pool was nice temperature, not cold and not too warm. All rooms have WIFI All rooms have a coffee machine. A stocked mini fridge and a kettle with capsules tea and coffee. Doors have smart locks Stairwell has floor lighting. Small rock garden under stairs (nice touch) Location is good, will need to use taxi or GRAB to travel but extremely cheap and only a few minutes away from everything. Most trip we took cost between $2 and $4. AUD. Private hospital only about 2kms away. Next door is a small conscience store which sells large bottles of water for 8000 rupies They have many other items useful for emergencies or snacks. Next door is a new laundromat which can do clothes either 2 day turn around, 24 hours turn around or same day turn around with good pricing. Next door is a massage spa, bookings are required. But have happy hour between 11am and 4pm for 90k ( I think) 90 minutes.

I can't think of anything. Maybe a sheet on the bed instead of just a doona. And possibly a few pillow opens (if you like firm or soft pillows) however I found pillows to be good

The rooms were magnificent and unimaginable, there is an extremely personal touch where they message u in case of any news or anything u need , example breakfast in room - and by the way all the rooms have pool access by just opening ur living door .. smart tvs on both floors and balcony also overlooking pool. There is easy access to rent motorcycles very convenient. And 4 mins away from main street of all the restaurants etc. staff is amazing i reckon when u compare many hotels etc all generally bis good but i reckon i will give the gold medal .. it have a magic touch when u enter amd this is in the yardstick of prices and value

The staff are very easy to speak with and very helpful. The room and surrounds are well kept and very clean . The accommodation is fantastic ,plenty of room and the ground floor of the apartment leads straight onto the clean pool . Breakfast was good and coffee even better ,but if you like pizza give it a try ,it was excellent

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Provided excellent recommendations and always made sure I had breakfast.

Nothing in particular. There were some geckos which made me nervous, but that’s more a fear I have and not about the property.

Check in was easy. Welcome drinks on arrival. Stunning room! The staff were amazing and so kind. The food was excellent and we loved that we could order through whatsapp and your meal would be delivered moments later. There’s a laundry mat next door which was a bonus.

Stuff are wonderful and very efficient. All communication is thru whatsap, any time we needed anything they were straight onto it. It's a great little location. Food and breakfast was really good.

I love the ecstatic of our villa but I think somethings could be done to upgrade it that little more. But the resort is great, the changes are only cosmetic. The only thing I can say is the damn rooster in the morning, he was annoying starting at 4am.
