Staff were very friendly. Stephen at reception is ever-so-charming and helpful. All staff members were very helpful. The Pizzas were awesome - it's an Italian themed place.
However, the place had a huge amount of mosquitos which was annoying and we found a couple of cockroaches too. The breakfast was not all that good for Bali standards but it wasn't bad either. Just nothing amazing.

The Villa
It is not comfortable for the senior citizens as the bed room is on the first floor and the staircase is not very comfortable

Clean and welcoming. Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Very nice food and very friendly staff.
My only issue was the mosquitoes but this is not easy to change. I would have liked to open the doors but the air conditioning was very comfortable
