1房東回覆很迅速,有問題幾乎馬上回答 2有電梯可以上樓很方便,只需要搬行李上一點點小階梯而已 3在0101百貨旁邊,吃東西逛街很方便 4走路5分鐘有24小時西友超市很方便(在parco樓下）過個L型十字路口就到了很近,parco前面有巴士可以直達成田,羽田跟迪士尼超方便 5走路10分鐘坐Jr或都營要過一個大馬路，沒有下雨時會開放手扶梯的天橋 6房間蠻大,可以放30行李箱展開或放在衣櫥都沒有問題 7有3個房間,3張雙人床,這次3大2小入住很寬敞 8冰箱很大很冰

1在快速道路旁,睡覺時有點超,但因為每天逛的很累所以沒什麼影響睡眠 2床軟硬剛剛好,但床架是簡易型鐵架,所以容易移動 3棉被有點起毛球,對於敏感性肌膚的人會覺得有點癢 4門鎖只有一把鑰匙,建議換成電子密碼鎖安全性會比較高或是給2把鑰匙比較方便 5曬衣服的地方在其中一間房間的小陽台,曬衣服時會覺得有點害怕 6房間床只有一邊有小桌子,東西不夠放,建議2邊各放一個比較方便 7洗澡熱水不夠熱,但我們因為是夏天入住所以沒什麼影響

Établissement agréable, confortable et situé dans un quartier animé et proche du métro. Hôte arrangeant et réactif vraiment un hébergement que je conseille.

Attention pour les gens sensibles au bruit, l'autoroute a proximité peut déranger.

This is the second time we have stayed here, it's a great place. Bright rooms, cooking and washing facilities, large fridge etc. Easy access to a railway link a few stops from central Tokyo, with department stores and restaurants nearby. On the line from Narita airport. People have mentioned the noise, but this is really only a problem in one of the rooms. The other two have double windows and are much quieter. As we left, the hosts were bringing a sofa into the apartment which will be a great addition. I strongly recommend this place if you are a group of four to six people and want good accommodation with easy access to central Tokyo at a very reasonable rate. BTW getting into the property on arrival is very easy -- the door is unlocked on arrival and the key is on the desk. There is a lock box if you need to use it. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and you can get hold of them very quickly if there is a problem.
