Excellent location, clean and spacious accommodation and very good value for money.

The property is situated in the old town with many pleasant local bars and restaurants. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the train station. It is spacious and quiet, provided you keep the living room balcony door and windows closed ( this looks onto a busy main road, the bedroom and kitchen are on the old town side). There is one double bedroom with a double sofa bed in the spacious living area. Both beds were comfortable. There is a good shower. We only stayed one night o didn't cook and only used the fridge to store water but for those staying longer, the kitchen seems well equipped.

We had some difficulty communicating with the hosts as their messages were in Spanish (we are English, German & Italian speakers). We couldn't find the bedding for the sofa bed and later received a message (in Spanish) that it was in the sofa bed drawer - we looked but still couldn't find it.

To be avoided...

It is very central, but given all the noise this might as well be a disadvantage...

There are many issues with this appartment: 1) The place is very loud. The church bells next door ring every hour (also night!). The windows are old single glass. Many people who go out are yelling in the street. 2) The heater doesn't work very well. 3) Not very clean. Fruit flies and ants... 4) Not much cleaning equipment. 5) Listing mentioned two bedrooms, but there was only one. 6) Communication only in spanish.

Il bagno era un po' vecchio. Alla era presente una camera da letto ed un divano letto, quest'ultimo non tra i più comodi, ma per stare solamente due giorni era più che sufficiente.

A fortement déconseiller

A savoir, ce logement n'a qu'une seule chambre. L'autre couchage est un sofa 1 place, sans drap dans notre cas. Malgré le fait de maitriser 3 langues (anglais, français, allemand); il sera trèèèèès difficile de se faire comprendre en s'y mettant à 2 et après 3 appels. Mais le point vraiment noir est que ce logement est situé à quelques mètres à vol d'oiseau de la cloche d'une église voisine (de l'autre coté de la rue étroite, et coté de la chambre unique), sonnant tous les 1/4 d'heures, toute la nuit. Très mauvaise nuit assurée, quelque soit la qualité de votre sommeil.

Appartement pour deux personnes avec deux lits don l’un est un canapé sans drap de dessous. Vu trop tard pour téléphoner aux responsables. Pas réussi à avoir la wi-fi la pour la soirée, malgré ses efforts du propriétaire au téléphone. j’ai voulu réserver une place de parking, avant le séjour, cela avais l’air compliqué, mais la personne avec qui j’ai communiqué m’avais dit que cela resterai possible des notre arriver, à notre arrivée la personne que nous avons eu au téléphone, nous a dit que l’on pouvait se garer dans la rue et qu’il y avait rarement des contrôles de parking avant huit heures 8h30, je n’aurais pas dû faire confiance à ces mots, je me suis levé à 7h15, j’ai regardé direct par la fenêtre et interpellé les dames qui m’étaient les contraventions mais c’était déjà trop tard. Pour une chambre de 90 €, j’ai rajouté 40 € d’amende. Tout ça, parce que pour une nuit cela n’était pas nécessaire.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. Alle Räume gefliest, was sehr angenehm ist. Räume waren alle sauber und geputzt

Das Bad könnte langsam einen neuen Spiegelschrank benötigen. Dieser hat seine Jahre hinter sich und den Gesamteindruck etwas verschlechtert

Spacieux et emplacement du logement.

Un logement presenté avec 2 chambres alors que dans les fait il n'y en a qu'une et un canapé dans le salon. Une couette 1 personnes pour un lit 2 places. Des draps qui sentent mauvais et laissent un doute sur la propreté. - porte d'entrée qui a été visiblement fracturé/forcé et rafistolé - salle de bain : vétuste, un miroir cassé sur une porte de meuble et même pas remplacé, une chasse d'eau qui fuit, toilette jaune. - cuisine : des ustensiles et équipements de cuisine très sale. Un logement non soigné qui mériterait beaucoup mieux

Bien placé mais réelle déception - à éviter

Emplacement. Grand salon.

1 seul lit avec des draps alors que nous avons explicitement demandé à plusieurs reprises d’avoir draps pour 1 lit + 1 canapé. Mon collègue a du dormir avec moi > inadmissible… ; odeur forte des restaurants (turcs et grecques) d’en dessous dans appartement. Porte extérieur qui ne se ferme que si on ferme à clé. Communication qu’en espagnol….
