L'emplacement de l'appartement est bien situé, tout est à proximité et proche de la montagne. Il est fonctionnel avec les équipements nécessaires à disposition.
Le lit est loin d'être confortable, matelas et coussins très durs, maux de dos assurés. Les draps sont de plus très désagréables au touché. Il manquait une planche à découper et la hotte n'est pas fonctionnelle, ce qui embaume la pièce et les draps d'ordeur de nourriture.
