L'appartement est bien situé, dans le centre de Mazamet, et le parking du Crédit Mutuel à côté est très pratique. Il est vaste et bien agencé. Une chambre très calme côté cour, l'autre chambre et le séjour plus bruyants côté rue.
Difficulté d'accès à l'appartement. Le no. dans la rue n'est pas bien indiqué sur la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Pas de problème pour récupérer les clés, mais porte de l'immeuble très récalcitrante (nous avons dû téléphoner à la propriétaire, qui nous a aimablement renseignés).

ce sont mes enfants. J'habite à coté, rue Edouard Barbey MAZAMET. Une autre année, c'était mon autre fils avec ses enfants. En plein centre ville à proximités des commerces. Très bien, confortable.

La tranquillité et l'emplacement . Les indications données par le propriétaire. Avoir du linge de lit et de toilette a disposition. La baignoire.
Le manque de volet ou des rideaux plus occultants dans une chambre.
