L'atmosphère cosy et lumineuse. La propreté. Le calme du quartier. Proche du centre ville à pieds.
Le bruit des voisins d'à côté. Mauvaise isolation sonore. Le bruit des pas et des portes, des meubles déplacés et en plus à 6h du matin le dimanche.
