Proprietario super gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima, stanza pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Struttura nuova, ordinata e tenuta molto bene.

La cortesia dell'host Massimo, la posizione della struttura, la pulizia degli ambienti, la macchinetta del caffè.
Il bagno esterno alla camera ed esterno al corridoio in cui insiste la stessa camera e che non mette a proprio agio l'ospite, mettendo lo stesso nella situazione di dover aprire ben tre porte per un bisogno notturno, con la possibilità di incrociare gli ospiti della camera accanto. L'assenza di bidet nel bagno assegnato alla camera. L'assenza di lenzuolo tra il materasso e il trapuntino.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because the bathroom was not en-suite.

Innanzitutto la posizione eccezionale per visitare il centro storico di Ascoli, il balconcino si affaccia proprio sulla cattedrale. A pochi passi dal parcheggio sotterraneo. Stanza e servizi pulitissimi, profumati e ben forniti. Disponibilità e cortesia del personale.
