La struttura è poco distante dalla Città di Ascoli, malapena 6-7 Km, la strada è discreta e poco trafficata, posizione con pace e tranqillità che regna sovrana. La colazione si potrebbe migliorare, molto apprezzato il dolce casareccio della signora, fresco ad ogni mattina, ma suggerisco di aggiungere del pane fresco, del burro, e qualcosa di salato per coloro che gradiscono. Sala (Colazione) non dotata di riscaldamento, pertanto se soggiornate nel periodo invernale, è un po una seccatura. Personale molto cordiale,
