Entrance to car parking/Flat was difficult through a narrow archway. Grazing to front wing paintwork, others had similar problems.

Excellent location, comfortable property, washing machine very useful.

Property could do with some refurbishment, kitchen cupboards smelled damp ( as mentioned by other guests) Some cars will not be able to use the parking space allocated due to very narrow entrance, so an alternative parking permit would be a good idea.

The welcome pack (food and cleaning stuff) and the milk on the fridge are a very nice welcome for who is coming from far. Location is great and the house is easy to find

Fridge and washing machine are very old.. time to change them. Parking entrance is very narrow and difficult to access. If you're not sure (like us), you can pay for the NPC car park nearby

The flat was clean and spacious in an excellent location on the main high street with easy access to the shops and sea.

It has to be stressed that Lyme Regis has very strictly controlled and limited parking and therefore the fact that you cannot reach the flat if you have any other than a small car is highly inconvenient and very stressful. Even the nearest car park limits how long you can stay during the day. We used Just park which was ok but the whole parking experience spoiled the holiday. It is a pity that the owners do not have anything done to the very small courtyard area to improve how it looks. Some fresh shrubs and the removal of the dead ones and the weeds would make such a difference It looks so neglected. The microwave is in a very awkward place and is not easy to set accurately. Needs to be replaced.
