The apartment itself was lovely
Bring charged for cleaning when the floors were dirty and then being asked to clean before we left after paying a big cleaning extra.
Wifi code not connecting with the code given or the barcode on the wifi box.
The lift not working in the underground carpark which was too low to get into anyway and being told there was parking outside when it was blocked off. Made it difficult with children and luggage to walk the distance to where we actually could park.
I messaged directly as I was hoping to get the cleaning fee reimbursed as a good will gesture but instead I was accused of leaving the doors open. This was proved untrue when camera footage was viewed. I am happy to share screenshots of the conversation if I'm falsely accused again.
