Had a warm welcome for a short overnight stay, value for money and definitely to recommend

the rooms where spacious, the bed very comfortable and the place VERY clean. I was also allowed to check in an hour before check-in times. I highly appreciated this because it was raining and cold and getting into the room early made a HUGE difference. THANK YOU!!!!

Upon leaving the premises, I made multiple trips to my vehicle, passing through the foyer each time. During the first instance, I politely greeted a group of male guests present in the area, but they did not respond. When I passed them again, one individual from the group approached me aggressively and shouted, "GOOD MORNING." His demeanor was highly hostile, causing me to fear for my personal safety. As a young Black male, I found the confrontation deeply alarming. I immediately contacted my parents to report the situation, and they remained on standby to contact law enforcement if the threat escalated

Location is very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with aircon and extra blankets available. Security is very good. Price is good. Pre-ordered dinner was good.

Water pressure in shower was a bit too low for my liking. Room lacks writing desk and chair where one can work at and catch up on e-mails etc. Room lacks small kitchenette - basic 500ml kettle and coffee/tea facilities.
