The staff was extremely kind and helpful. A special notion for Gayane - the best receptionist in the world, very kind and nice who helped me to smoothen the checkout process. Tigra and Gayane helped me to book the transfer to Georgia, kept an eye on my camera when I forgot it, served a delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautiful,calm,new and the wooden works make it particularly attractive. Everything is pretty and very clean

Location, staff all in all, it's a great small property

One of the best hotels we’ve seen in Armenia. We have visited the country over 15 times, so we have plenty of experience in this regard. It is located close to the center, yet it truly offers a sense of "escaping the city." The staff is incredibly hospitable, and the views are stunning. There is a communal game area on the top floor that also boasts a beautiful view. The hotel itself is small but full of character. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and cozy; every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and natural materials have been used throughout. Everything is very stylish and tasteful. We stayed for just one night and didn't want to leave

Not all rooms offer a full view of the mountains, so it is best to check availability upon check-in. The hotel is situated among residential buildings and lacks a large private courtyard, but this certainly doesn't detract from the experience. These are just a few observations to help set expectations. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

It is clear that people tried their best, thought about everything that might be needed from the guest

The rooms were overly scented with room freshener or perfume. The carpet and bathroom floor were covered in long hair. The bathroom exhaust fan was running, so there was a heavy, musty smell coming from the bathroom all the time. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn't want to go anywhere else; we didn't even use the shower.
