A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the river. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Very nice indoor swimming pool
Unfortunately we arrived after the restaurant closed and there was no room service option.

The building is a spacious stone mansion beside a river. You could shoot a movie there. I do recommend getting a room with a view over the river; the sound of the water flowing is quite appeasing. The restaurant (for breakfast or dinner) is delicious. The location is great if you want to visit Kobayr, Odzoun, Sanahin and Hagpath. You can push even further north to Akhtala but I did not have the time.

Our room was overlooking Debed river, an extraordinary view and majestic sound. Room was clean and quite large, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff is friendly, going out of their way to help the guests out, always welcoming. Authentic Armenian breakfast with cottage cheese, honey, eggs, fruits, and so many healthy options was quite surprising. I'd go back.
