De gastvrijheid, de tuin, het ontbijt, de kamers en de sfeer. En een heerlijke verzameling kitsch in de grote zitkamer.
Toegangsweg wat lastig, eindje buiten centrum maar daardoor wel rust en uitzicht over de bergen. Lastig communiceren omdat ik geen Russisch of Armeens spreek.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure I was well attended to. I got lots of great recommendations around the area for restaurants and sights to see. The views from the property are stunning rain or shine and I often sat out overlooking the town with a cup of coffee. The location is pretty centrally located near all of the major hiking/sightseeing spots so it is very convenient to get around.
