Clean and nice looking rooms. Good breakfast too
Beds were very hard. Could use a pillow topper or something to make them more comfortable.

Front desk gentleman from Minneapolis was incredibly helpful as I forgot that we needed either a first floor room, or an elevator. This man went above and beyond to get us a first floor room!
I wish I didn’t have to leave early!

I like the size of the room and bathroom. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
I do not like the bed.I also don't like the heater is hard to control the temperature of the room.

First room has broken AC.
Second room has a door that won’t fully close unless I pushed on it very hard. That was the case for most rooms on the second floor, causing a lot of loud slamming when anyone enter/exit their room.
Bedding have a lot of stains and discoloration.
