Front desk gentleman from Minneapolis was incredibly helpful as I forgot that we needed either a first floor room, or an elevator. This man went above and beyond to get us a first floor room!

I like the size of the room and bathroom. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
I do not like the bed.I also don't like the heater is hard to control the temperature of the room.

Breakfast was more than what I was expecting. A little crowded. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean hotel.
Size and location for breakfast area was small. Would have liked one more chair in the room to eat breakfast.

The Room was very small. The handicapped accessible bathroom was okay. No towel holders...they were apparently to hang on the grab bars. There was no toilet paper holder so it sat very inconveniently on the back of the toilet.
