Manchester waterside Haven

From start to finish our host was amazing with all info. And the apartment was out of this world, prime location and amazing inside.....will be back 👌

The full apartment was class, from the large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balacony with canal and city views 😍

The location of the apartment was perfect for where we were working. Easy to find. The parking space was great. Great communication to hand over keys, and was very approachable during our stay. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

Its location and security, amazing views ! Davis was good at communicating with us. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Directions to the parking bay very clear, with photos which helped a lot !

The kitchen was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned… fridge smelled, toaster had crumbs underneath it, oven was dirty. Tea caddy was empty …. Zero attention to detail. It wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t planning to self cater, however if I’d arrived with meals ready to unpack and cook I would have been really annoyed. Only 1 private parking space (which was great to have) but if you’re 2 couples meeting at the property it’s not ideal, and that wasn’t advertised on the property Information at time of booking, only after we’d booked. For 4 people there is only a 2 seater sofa so one of us had to sit on a dining chair to watch tv. Only 2 dining chairs at the table, the other 2 are outside on the balcony also not ideal … The bathroom towels were on the small side. It says the host is committed to giving a 5 star experience… sadly I’d give the experience a 3star no more.

Ideal location, very quiet but right next to a tram stop for easy access into the city. The host was incredibly responsive and approachable, the apartment was beautiful, with an incredible view, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing, it was perfect!
