appartamento enorme, ristrutturato da poco, arredato finemente e dotato di tutti i comfort. letto comodissimo, aria condizionata sia in camera che nella zona giorno, cucina. pulitissimo, veramente impeccabile. la zona è tranquillissima e ben frequentata, idem il condominio che è dotato di custode anche di notte.

unica nota la posizione non proprio comodissima rispetto alla metro. con valigie/trolley non è proprio agevole sebbene la metro sia vicinissima in linea d'aria, usciti a Salvator Rosa bisogna salire un po' per arrivare all'appartamento.

It is newly renovated. The bed is comfy. It is very near to the metro station. There are many sockets for this accommodation.

The online check in is very tedious, it is not user friendly and needs to take self photo with a passport. I filled up the same location for 3 times. TMy booking.com shows the city tax €38 for 4 people but they charged me €45. The payment gateway for city tax is very fishy. The system taxed me on city tax which pissed me off. The cement of the bath area cracked at the bottom when the first person took her bath. The armrest of the coach in the bedroom is very fragile (it should be removed). The coat rack is too high for a short people to hang their cloths. The guest has to take note on the door at the kitchen. It is very hard to close. Please make sure the bottom of the door is attached to the doorframe before locking the door. The period check in time is too short and the black out time is too long. The guest will need to check out early. The soundproofing is very bad. I can hear the garbage car at 5am every morning. Value for money if the price is below €120 for 4.
